Test mastering represents an inexpensive way for producers and artists judge quality on their own material. For $40, I will basic-master any 6 minute or less song you send me and return to you a CD-R by express mail with the pre- and post-versions so you can hear exactly what mastering can do for your music. For $60, I will custom master the same song - this service includes more complex editing and the highest quality custom software, plugins, and or analog gear. Noise reduction, forensic techniques, and all the services of Gold Mastering are also available for the price of custom test mastering.
