Basic mastering

Basic mastering: Services include transferring and sequencing your music, trimming beginnings and endings, applying basic EQ, compression and other mastering procedures as well as setting levels between songs. You will be sent a non-Red Book compliant test CD for approval with the opportunity for one round of changes at this level. After the changes are made, you will receive two Red Book compliant CD-Rs. These will both be Red Book compliant CD-R pre-masters. Any work done after the fact will be billed at an hourly rate negotiated with the client. Materials and shipping will be charged out-of-pocket (usually less than $50). You may upgrade from this level at any time to Custom or Gold Mastering. Damaged disks which fail any of the tests performed in the manufacturing process will be replaced at cost (about $10 + shipping per disk).
